In a 1960s Beach Town, a rescue mission faces remnants of a radioactive catastrophe, navigating a landscape of sinister beach mutants.
Radium Reef was a picturesque coastal vacation town built around an innovative testing facility dedicated to the newly discovered nuclear energy. It was the perfect place to spend a vacation with your family…until the day the green tide rolled in. No one knew what to make of the strange green sea foam until radiation began taking over. Now, Driftwood County Biohazard Protection is declaring that the town must be completely condemned, for reasons beyond just containing the radioactivity. Authorities have been tight-lipped about why the town must urgently be abandoned, but assure that more may become clear once the rescue team is sent in. There are rumors that the nearby nuclear testing facility had an experiment backfire, resulting in mass pollution of the ocean water and gruesome mutations of all nearby life, melding together terrestrial and aquatic life forms. Guests will be part of the final rescue team venturing into the fallout to seek out any remaining citizens.
